By accessing or using the Teloring platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Teloring is an omnichannel customer communication platform that provides:

Unified messaging inbox across multiple channels (WhatsApp, Email, SMS, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, LINE, WeChat, Web Widget, and Custom API)
AI-powered features including AI Copilot, conversation summaries, emotion detection, and translation
Team collaboration tools with real-time presence and messaging
Contact management and analytics
API access for custom integrations

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Teloring offers multiple subscription plans (Starter, Professional, Enterprise) billed per seat on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing:

You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

5. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to features. No credit card is required for the trial. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for spam, harassment, or illegal activities
Violate any applicable laws, including data protection regulations
Send unsolicited bulk messages through connected channels
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the platform
Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service, including conversations, contacts, and files. Teloring does not claim ownership of your content. We use your data solely to provide and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. AI Features

AI features (including AI Copilot, summaries, emotion detection, and translation) are provided as assistive tools. You acknowledge that:

AI-generated content should be reviewed by human agents before sending to customers
AI outputs may not always be accurate or appropriate
You are responsible for the final content sent to your customers
Teloring does not guarantee specific AI performance outcomes

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control.

10. Intellectual Property

Teloring and its associated branding, software, and technology are the intellectual property of Teloring. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or brand elements without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teloring shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination:

Your access to the Service will be revoked
You may export your data within 30 days of termination
After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted
Outstanding payment obligations remain due

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notification at least 30 days in advance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Teloring operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate courts.
