Credits pay for metered activity—for example, sending a WhatsApp template message or SMS, using phone-call minutes, or running an AI action. Each action deducts credits from the account balance, and the included allowance renews every month. Basic, Professional and Unlimited accounts can buy additional credits. The Free plan cannot buy more; once its 200 monthly credits are used, metered actions pause until the next monthly renewal or until the account upgrades.
